Concrete Repair

Concrete is one of the strongest, most familiar building material available today, and can become unsightly and possibly unsafe in just a few years. Once it begins to deteriorate, crack, spall, or break up, it must be replaced. Replacement makes a mess, is expensive and the results generally last only a few years.

Although there have been many repair methods introduced over the years, nothing has really been effective...until now.

SR-2000 is a unique, super-industrial strength polymer resin, specially formulated for the repair/restoration of concrete. It is a complete, easy to use system - first as a primer, then mixed with different types of aggregate as a fill/repair material, and finally as a topcoat and concrete sealer.
SR-2000 has the ability to bond both chemically and physically with concrete. It actually penetrates into concrete creating a tremendous bond that is unbreakable, and once polymerized is environmentally inert. SR-2000 turns deteriorated concrete into SOUND concrete. It has the ability to bond two pieces of concrete back together, stronger than new. In fact, it is up to three times stronger than concrete, and yet has a tensile elongation factor of over 40 percent!

It forms a tenacious bond to rebar and has the ability to withstand vibration on bridge decks. SR-2000 is different from anything you have ever seen. Unlike systems that need to be applied over sound concrete, SR-2000 bonds unsound concrete back together!

SR-2000 has a protective coating that locks out weather (concrete's worst enemy) and protects against corrosives like salt, deicers, acid rain and most other chemicals. It strengthens existing concrete surfaces and yet has the capability to maintain its integrity under freeze-thaw conditions. This specially formulated resin also helps dissipate the sun's ultra-violet rays. It may be applied to any thickness to actually rebuild broken concrete, and its non-skid surface provides for greater safety.
